Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Female HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage and support our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience. This role is essential to maintaining a strong workforce and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

Use job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and profiles.

Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new hires.

Candidate Engagement:
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Organize walk-ins, job fairs, and recruitment drives when needed.

HR Coordination:
Assist with HR documentation, joining formalities, and internal communications.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using HR software/tools.

Compliance & Record-Keeping:
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and legal regulations.

Maintain confidential records of interviews, selection decisions, and new joiners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Pay: ₹13,396.44 - ₹18,000.00 per month
