Role Overview

Hotel Vivek is looking for an enthusiasticHR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment across hotel departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, basic HR knowledge, and a passion for building reliable hospitality teams efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for hotel departments including Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Support Staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local hiring networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on departmental requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and basic assessments.

Interview Coordination & Hiring Support

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open vacancies.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Track hiring status and share updates with management as required.

Onboarding Support

• Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures for selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel recruitment is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
