Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand)
Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment and core HR operational activities for Dangi Digital Media LLP. The role involves talent acquisition, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Create, update, and maintain job descriptions
✅ Responsible for internal hiring, HR operations, and team management tasks✅ Source and engage candidates using online job portals and social media platforms✅ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills/tests✅ Publish and manage job advertisements✅ Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning✅ Maintain employee records, onboarding, and exit formalities✅ Ensure compliance with statutory employment laws including PF, ESI, TDS✅ Support daily HR administrative functions

Requirements

Education: Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
Experience: 2 – 5 years in HR Operations/RecruitmentStrong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment cycles, and HRMS toolsKnowledge of compliance: PF, ESI, TDS, labor regulationsExcellent communication (verbal & written) and decision-making skills✅ Must be open to working 6 days a week
