Job Description

Job Title:

Human Resources Operations Executive

Location:

Viman Nagar, Pune

Department

: HR

Working hours:

12 - 9pm / 2 - 11pm IST | 5 days working from office

Key responsibilities:

Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in HR software.
Assist with organizing employee training and development sessions.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist with processing payroll data with accuracy.
Preparing the HR communication - Fyler for Birthday / Work Anniversary / Festivities.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in HR analytics.
Support with addressing employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documentation.
Support HR projects and initiatives as necessary.

Job Requirements:

A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
