Position Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees. You will collaborate closely with department managers to understand workforce needs and ensure that we attract and hire individuals who align with our company culture and goals.
You should have a solid understanding of recruitment techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in helping people find careers they’re passionate about.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
Create and post job descriptions across various platforms including job boards, social media, and the company website.
Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and job fairs.
Screen applications and resumes, evaluate qualifications, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
2. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
Promote the company’s employer brand across social media platforms and recruitment events.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and other networking events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism, providing clear communication, and managing expectations.
Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote inclusivity in hiring practices.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), and HRIS systems.
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
