Trainee Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Trainee Consultant

1. Sourcing & Screening

   : Identifying candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

2. Interview Coordination

   : Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.

3. Candidate Interaction

   : Conducting preliminary phone interviews and preparing candidates for client discussions.

4. Client Engagement

   : Understanding client requirements, job specifications, and ensuring quality hiring.

5. Database Management

   : Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.

6. Follow-ups & Feedback

   : Ensuring timely communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

7. Recruitment Reports

   : Assisting in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing hiring reports.

8. Collaboration

   : Supporting the recruitment team in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless hiring processes.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates available for a

  full-time (in-office) role in Bangalore

• Freshers or candidates with

  up to 1 year of experience

  in recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong

  interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

• Strong

  organizational skills and attention to detail

  .
• Ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  .
• Familiarity with

  job portals, social media hiring, and recruitment tools

  is a plus.
