HR Payroll Executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws. This includes maintaining up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients, preparing challans, returns, registers, and ensuring proper documentation as per law. Additionally, you will handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities, and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Leave policies, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST filings. Accurate calculation of statutory contributions and deductions and timely submission to respective authorities will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws. - Maintain up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients and ensure no deadlines are missed. - Prepare challans, returns, registers, and ensure proper documentation as per law. - Handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities. - Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Leave policies, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST filings. - Accurately calculate statutory contributions and deductions and ensure timely submission to respective authorities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred). - In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST. - Experience in generating and managing invoices for multiple clients. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
