Operations Manager

A Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality with 5-10 years experience in the relevant field is required at a facility management company in Mohali region. He should be multi-tasking and should be able to work in Microsoft excel. He should be conversant in communication on mails. His major job responsibilities would be:

• Controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering materials through company store, and developing the operation team.
• Spearheading the facilities management team at various client locations.
• Overseeing the operation, staffing, performance, development of facilities management team.
• Controlling profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour and taking appropriate actions.
• Ensuring maintenance of cleaning equipment and machines and client premises through the use of a preventative maintenance program. Interviewing and hiring operational team members, taking disciplinary actions, motivating and training the team downline in respect to facility management.
• Understanding the scope of work as per the agreement and develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction.
• Accomplishing SOP’s and KPI’s as agreed with individual Client.
• Ensuring necessary training plan is scheduled and training the team as per schedules.
• Ensuring all statuary compliances are being met and documentation for the same is in place with the respective company departments.
• Implementing processes for training, HS&W, SOPs and staff motivation.
• Submitting the bills and receiving the payments from the clients within the stipulated timeline.
• Assisting marketing team in generating new leads and developing business by identifying new business opportunities and geographies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
