Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Jaipur for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will focus on streamlining the day-to-day operations of corporate gifting projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring smooth logistics for packaging and delivery, monitoring project workflows, and maintaining client satisfaction through efficient handling of customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support the seamless execution of customized gifting programs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and logistical planning skills for managing project workflows and coordinating with suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
• Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills for addressing operational challenges
• Previous experience in operations, corporate gifting, or client relations is a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Enthusiasm for working on-site in a collaborative, dynamic environment in Jaipur
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving operational needs
