What you’ll be doing: ● Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding. ● Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. ● Supporting employee engagement and team-building activities. ● Coordinating appraisals, performance reviews, and feedback processes. ● Ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. ● Being a friendly, reliable go-to person for all things people.
