Role Description

• Strong technical knowlwdge :

  Who can handle complete technical work and has profficiency in technology.

• Leadership & Management :

   Directly manage a team of Operational employees and supervisors,provide performance reviews, and support their professional growth.

• Manage the cost :

   Monitoring the costing of all our projects

• Collaborate across departments :

  Act as the main operations contact person for other departments like Sales and Technology, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.

• Improve business processes:

   Analyze current workflows (like how inventory is managed or how orders are filled) and make changes to increase efficiency, lower costs, and improve quality.

• Process Optimization:

   Analyze current operational processes and workflows (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment, production schedules) and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee and coordinate diverse teams
• Experience in operations management, production planning, and supply chain management
• Proficiency in resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage daily activities
• Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is advantageous
