ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process payroll for multiple clients, including data entry, calculations, and verification of timesheets, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Work efficiently on Busy Software for payroll management, compliance tasks, and invoice generation.
  • Ensure timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients and ensure no deadlines are missed.
  • Prepare challans, returns, registers, and ensure proper documentation as per law.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities.
  • Keep updated with amendments in labor laws and payroll-related legislations and implement changes accordingly.Generate accurate and timely invoices for multiple clients based on payroll data and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Leave policies, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST filings.
  • Accurately calculate statutory contributions and deductions and ensure timely submission to respective authorities.
  • Manage payroll-related documentation, including tax filings, benefit deductions, and employee records.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and payslips to clients.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and statutory laws to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in setting up new clients in the payroll system, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Busy Software for payroll, compliance, and invoice generation processes.
  • In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST.
  • Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in generating and managing invoices for multiple clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
