Ltd.Payroll Executive- HR TeamLocation- Marol, Andheri EastJob roleManage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation and compliance with attendance records, leave management, statutory deductions, state-specific labour laws, tax provisions, and timely statutory payments and filings for Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Labour Welfare Fund, and Professional Tax.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute payroll processing, ensuring punctual and accurate salary payments as per attendance and leave data .Manage and verify attendance and leave records to ensure accurate records and resolve discrepancies.Ensure statutory deductions and payments (PF, ESI, LWF, P Tax) are processed in compliance with applicable state-specific labour laws.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable labour laws and tax regulations relevant to various states and ensure payroll practices remain compliant.Liaise with relevant authorities and upload/submit all statutory returns and reports (PF, ESI, LWF, P Tax) within timelines.Respond to employee queries related to payroll, statutory deductions, payslips etc.Prepare and reconcile periodic payroll reports and statements for management review.Support audits of payroll and statutory compliance, including documentation.Basic RequirementsBachelors’ Degree with minimum 1 year or experience with payroll processing and statutory payments.Knowledge of Payroll laws and state-specific statutory requirements (PF, ESI, LWF, P Tax, Gratuity, Bonus).Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.Interested candidates can share CV onsanika.apte@paramounttpa.com
