PHS enhances health insurance policies for individuals by adding value through a network of healthcare service providers, medical care standardization, claims management, client servicing, and expert opinion. PHS customizes healthcare delivery to administer comprehensive healthcare packages for its clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive, located in Mumbai. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations including client servicing, claims management, coordination with healthcare service providers, and ensuring compliance with medical care standards. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, managing healthcare delivery packages, and providing expert opinions to ensure smooth operation of health insurance policies.

Qualifications

Strong skills in client servicing and relationship management
Experience in claims management and coordination with healthcare providers
Knowledge of medical care standards and healthcare delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
