About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 3–4 years of experience in handling payroll processes for 500+ employees. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, payroll compliance, and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities
� End-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.� Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).� Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.� Process full & final settlements, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities. � � Generate payroll MIS reports and provide necessary data for audits.� Work on payroll-related queries and resolve employee concerns effectively.� Coordinate with HR & Finance for smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications
� Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas, reports).� Good understanding of payroll software will be an added advantage.� Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws.� Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Preferred� Hands-on experience with payroll/HRMS software.� Good communication and analytical skills.
