HR Payroll Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (with Payroll & Compliance Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate should be capable of handling employee life cycle processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities at our Konsari site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll process including attendance, leave management, salary calculation, and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
• Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, and exit process.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns on time.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and policies.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the state of Maharashtra.
• Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll-related matters.
• Manage HR documentation, policies, and employee welfare initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce.
• 2 to 6 years of proven experience in HR & Payroll Management.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Compliance filing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end HR functions independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
