HR Payroll Executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund. Additionally, you will prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns including EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund. - Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field. - Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
