Job Description

As a Human Resources Department employee based in Aligarh, your primary role will involve ensuring compliance with various statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund. This will include the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns like EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund. - Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field. - Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Additionally, exposure to HRMS/ERP systems would be considered a plus. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there is a yearly bonus offered. Kindly note that the work location is in person. Thank you.,
