HR Payroll Executive

Job Title: HR & Payroll Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day HR functions, end-to-end payroll activities, employee records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations and payroll management with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Maintain and update employee HR records, personal files, and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and exit formalities, including induction and full & final settlements.
• Manage employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR policies.
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour law requirements.
• Assist in recruitment activities when required.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and payroll analyses.
• Support administration and other HR operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR & payroll operations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
