As a Manager of Financial Accounting based in Pune within the Finance & Accounts department, you will report to the Head of Finance and utilize your 10-12 years of experience to lead a team of 4 direct reports. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day financial accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and GAAP. Your key responsibilities will include managing AP, AR, GL, and month-end/year-end closing activities, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements such as Income Tax, TDS, and GST filings. You will also be responsible for handling tax assessments, litigations, and transfer pricing to ensure direct tax compliances, as well as coordinating with auditors for smooth audit closure.
