Deputy Finance Manager

• Location : Gummidipoondi
• Shift Timing : 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Working days : Monday to Saturday
• Cab will be provided.

Educational Qualification:

•  ICWA / M. Com / MBA / CA (inter) 

Mandatory Skills

•  Excellent communication skills in English (Read, Write & Speak) 
•  Total Experience 10 years & above in Finance & Accounts 
•  Experience in audit firms for 3 to 5 years added advantages. 
•  Experience in European company is added advantages 
•  Monthly closing, inventories control & Gross Margin analysis 
•  Audit process (Calendar and fiscal Year) 
•  Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices 
•  Advance knowledge in Tally (5.1) 

•  Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including TDS and GST filings, monthly / yearly. 
•  Coordinate with tax advisors on tax planning and compliance matters. 
•  EPCG, Advance license / obligation / ECB Loans procedure and requirements. 

Accounting Operations:

•  Financial Preparation 
•  Managing the accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing vendor invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing customer payments. 
•  Overseeing the timely and accurate pos ng of transactions to the general ledger. 
•  Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring proper cash management. 
•  Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements 
•  Facing group Audits & Statutory Audits periodically. 

Internal Controls and Audit Support:

•  Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and mi gate financial risks. 
•  Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. 

Team Management:

•  Leading and monitoring a team 
•  Delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow within the finance 
•  Collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth financial operations within the organization.

Accountability

•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in the report. 
•  On me reports to the Management and stake holder with clear analyses.
