Role & responsibilities Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns, website material (social media etc.), Update on company web site www.nadiairtechnics.com Update on Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter on Nadis updates Working with Agency for creating of New Advt. based on the requirement. Working with Agency for Seasonal & Festival Greetings Arranging to take photo of unique product at factory. Drone short to be taken if needed. Organizing exhibitions / events. Identifying exhibition related to Nadi Locating a good stall location Negotiating the price for the stall Planning of our products for display Making a layout on CAD with placement of products Planning timeline for the full event Organising the products dispatch for display Coordinating with transporter for Items dispatch and return Coordination with the On-site handling team for product display Check the feasibility of unloading at stall / event area . Working with the onsite team for Stall approval, exhibitor batch, stall position etc. Hotel, transport, food arrangement for the our internal team Working with Exhibition Stall designer team with, Concept Layout Price negotiation As our products are heavy special care need to be taken on the layout and load bearing etc. Organizing customer meet, product presentation and promotional events. Working with Hotel team, AV team for Customer meeting, product launches Selection of Menu for the event based on crowd demographics. Hall layout for Stage, LED screen, seating, console placement, movement of material entry Making presentation ready for the event Making ready based on Agenda the necessary contents like video, Presentation, Photos, digital back drop Having a dry run before the event to check video output, Audio level balancing for Speech, AV enabling customer to have a pleasant experience. Close coordination with console team on what needs to be played at what time Creating event related video Communicate with the advertising vendor. Coordinating with Advertising agency for art work. Working with agency and Nadi team members for brochures Collecting data from Nadi Team on the requirement of brochure like photo, data sheet, drawing, Technical write up etc. Explaining the concept to the Agency with layout as per our requirement Proofing, concept correction etc. before taking it up to management the draft artwork. Co-ordination with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities: AV team Corporate gift Advertising Agency Video Creators Photo Graphics Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses related to marketing. Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Identifying new market/customer related to our product. Customer Satisfaction survey Performance certificate for completed projects Consultant and product approval of Nadi Consultant approval Government org like PDIL, EIL, NTPL, NPCIL etc. Corporates like TATA, Reliance , etc. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) Maintaining a digital Photo library of Nadis products, events,videos etc. Updating corporate Video as and when required. Creating New year video for customer wishes or any other video Preparation of Company Presentations- Industrywise Preparation of Power Point Presentations for Sales Meet or any other Power Point Presentation specific to customers Subscription of Industrial magazines related to our market.
