Required Skills & Competencies: o Proven leadership in sales, with experience in managing multi-location teams. o Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. o Excellent understanding of travel products (domestic & international). o Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. o Ability to multitask, lead under pressure, and make data-driven decisions.
