Key Responsibilities : · Strategic Sales Leadership o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and revenue targets. o Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to optimize pricing and offerings. o Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and create region-wise sales plans. · Team & Branch Management o Lead and oversee performance of sales teams across two branches. o Mentor and train branch sales managers and executives to enhance productivity and customer service. o Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and audits to ensure alignment with company goals. · Client Acquisition & Relationship Management o Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, and B2B partners. o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling holiday packages and travel solutions. o Oversee key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction. · Product Knowledge & Promotion o Stay updated on new destinations, packages, travel trends, and regulatory changes. o Guide the marketing team in promotions, campaign strategies, and seasonal offers. o Promote group tours, customized holidays, and business travel solutions effectively. · Operational Coordination o Coordinate closely with operations, reservations, and ticketing departments for seamless execution. o Ensure both branches maintain standardized processes and customer experience benchmarks. · Reporting & Analysis o Prepare detailed sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for leadership. o Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, branch-wise performance, and profitability metrics. Required Skills & Competencies: o Proven leadership in sales, with experience in managing multi-location teams. o Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. o Excellent understanding of travel products (domestic & international). o Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. o Ability to multitask, lead under pressure, and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: o Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field. o Minimum 8+ years of experience in Travel & Tourism Sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Note : Candidates must be open to travel between both branch locations as required.
