Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

IRAAH Jewels Private Limited is seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for our growing jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will have strong PR and brand management skills, with a creative approach to driving sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies.
• Handle PR activities and maintain positive brand representation in media and public events.
• Plan and manage promotional activities, exhibitions, and collaborations.
• Conduct staff training to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
• Apply strategic marketing thinking to identify and execute sales growth opportunities.
• Conduct store visits for branding audits, market feedback, and sales insights. (Travel expenses covered by the company.)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
