Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, digital trends, community engagement, and performance analytics. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and connecting with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the marketing strategy.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities in real time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign planning and execution.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
