Responsibilities and Specific Tasks Mines Operation Management Prepare daily and weekly pit plans based on monthly production targets and plant feed requirements (tonnage and grade). Verify benching, berms, and haul-road condition each shift; enforce pit geometry as per mining plan. Coordinate drilling and blasting schedules with drilling engineers and blasting supervisor; approve blast patterns and timings. Supervise loading and haulage scheduling (excavator/dumper coordination) to ensure uninterrupted Run-of-Mine material supply.
