Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day customer accounts management. Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately. Manage billing operations and ensure timely payment collection. Maintain records of sales, purchases, and account statements. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to update account details. Reconcile accounts and prepare periodic reports for management. Handle customer queries related to accounts and billing. Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance (preferred). Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial records.
