Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day customer accounts management.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
  • Manage billing operations and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Maintain records of sales, purchases, and account statements.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to update account details.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Handle customer queries related to accounts and billing.
  • Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance (preferred).
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
