You’ll be responsible for outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, confirming event registrations, explaining services, and building relationships to support business growth Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads, businesses, and clients as per provided data. Explain event details, service offerings, and benefits to prospects. Follow-up on warm leads and convert them into confirmed registrations/sales. Maintain accurate records of daily calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Schedule meetings or demos for senior team members if needed. Share brochures, event links, or payment details on WhatsApp/email post-call. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign updates and lead feedback. Key Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service. Excellent spoken Hindi & English communication skills. Confident, energetic voice and positive attitude. Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and CRM tools. Ability to work independently with daily reporting discipline. Quiet work environment and own laptop with internet connection.
