The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, startup founders, corporate leaders, and industry professionals to invite them to participate in our upcoming events across various cities. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a strong interest in the business and events ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify, connect, and onboard delegates for business events, summits, and networking meet-ups. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Maintain a high volume of daily interactions to achieve weekly and monthly delegate acquisition targets. Build and manage a database of potential delegates from various industries. Clearly communicate event value propositions and benefits to prospective delegates. Coordinate with the events and marketing team for delegate updates and event requirements. Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and reporting sheets. Support on-ground event execution when required (optional/occasionally).
