Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction & orientation coordination, and file management. Support the offboarding process for departing employees.

- Documentation: Help maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.

- Database Management: Update and manage employee data in our HR Information System (HRIS).

- Policy & Process Support: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

- Helpdesk: Manage helpdesk, employee queries and grievance. Provide proactive support to the employee.

- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day queries.

- Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment-related documentation.

- Support in Employee engagement, Learning & Development and other HR activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field.

- Some prior experience or knowledge in HR operations is essential.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Must be an immediate joiner and able to work from our Gurgaon office on a 6-day workweek schedule.

- Use own laptop for work purpose.
