Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  From understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.

• Specialized Sourcing:

  Proactively source, screen, and engage with B2B industrial sales professionals, Last-Mile Operations, etc. with specific expertise in our industry. This includes using various channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, head-hunting, and direct outreach.

• Candidate Management:

  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner closely with other hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and team culture. Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and recruitment best practices.

• Employer Branding:

  Help enhance our employer brand by effectively communicating our company's value proposition and culture to potential candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for sales roles.
• Specific expertise in recruiting for B2B industrial sales or a related sector is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the industrial sales landscape and relevant professional networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the office in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, on a

  6-day workweek schedule
