Urgent requirements of HR Operations Manager

Experience - 10+years of experience in operations

Location - Gurugram

2nd and 4th Saturday is off and Sunday fixed off.

*QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS*

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

● MBA in HR or Graduation in Human Psychology (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS*

10+ years of experience in Operations/HR Operations Management

● Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing (Working days, Leaves, FNF)

● Expertise in Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Processes (Documentation, BGV, PF/ESIC, Compliance)

● Experience in Induction & Orientation Programs (Policies, Systems, Asset Allocation)

● Proficiency in Performance Management Systems (KPIs, Ratings, Appraisals, Employee Monitoring

Sheets)

● Hands-on experience with KEKA (Employee data management, Tickets, KPIs, Announcements)

● Skilled in Exit Formalities & Analysis (Exit Interviews, Asset Handover, Attrition Reporting)

● Strong knowledge of PIP & Nesting Programs (Implementation, Tracking, Review)

● MRM (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) Reporting & SOP Management

● Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

● Employee Engagement Strategy & Execution (Monthly/Annual Activities)

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

● MBA in HR / Operations Management

● Proficiency in HR Tech Tools (ChatGPT, KEKA Advanced, HR Analytics Tools)

● Experience in Policy Drafting & Process Optimization

● Strong Data Analysis & Interpretation Skills (Attrition, Retention, PMS outcomes)

● Good Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Skills

● LinkedIn Professional Network (2K+ Connections)

● Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Structure

● Exposure to Employee Retention Strategies & Culture-Building Initiatives

● Advanced Excel
