HR Operation Manager

The job involves preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and related documents. You will be responsible for conducting background verification and ensuring that pre-joining formalities are completed. Managing the onboarding process and facilitating new hire induction will also be part of your duties. Additionally, maintaining and updating employee records and personal files, managing confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes, and addressing employee grievances in accordance with company policies are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting the exit process, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and FnF settlement. Coordinating the performance appraisal process, maintaining evaluation records, organizing employee engagement activities, and welfare initiatives are key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain HR MIS, prepare reports for audits and management review, and ensure adherence to all HR policies and labor law regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. Relocation or reliable commuting to Bangalore is required.
