HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Major Responsibility)Understand the hiring needs of the company and clients, including job role requirements.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and networking.Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist potential candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.Conduct background checks and reference verification.Extend job offers, negotiate salary, and facilitate onboarding.2. Client Recruitment SupportAct as a recruitment consultant for clients by understanding their industry and hiring needs.Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Provide regular updates to clients regarding hiring progress.Maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring requirements.3. Employee Onboarding & OrientationManage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations.Ensure all required documents, contracts, and joining formalities are completed.4. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain HR records, including employee contracts, personal files, and attendance records.Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.5. Employee Engagement & RetentionOrganize employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.Address employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.6. Performance Management & Training SupportAssist in the performance appraisal process.Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
