Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks. The goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department and to support the achievement of company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire on boarding and orientation sessions, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new employees feel welcomed and supported.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives, and HR policy updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Job Time:

01 PM to 10:30 PM (From April to October)

2:00 PM to 11:30 PM (November to March)

Sunday: Off

Basic Skills Required and Key Role and Responsibilities:

English (100% in Listening, Writing, speaking) and must have Knowledge of Excel.

Benefits for Employees:

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full day – 5 days) and Saturday – 6 hrs

PL/SL/CL (Paid/Sick/Casual leave): 18 Paid Leaves in a year.

PF/ESIC: No, as we provide salary more than the prescribed limits to every Employees.

Note: The selected candidate must have to enter into contract for 2 years with our LLP. after 2 year if stay in compnay most wel come for life time.
