As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks. The goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department and to support the achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new hire on boarding and orientation sessions, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new employees feel welcomed and supported. Maintain employee records and ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers. Assist with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives, and HR policy updates. Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local labor laws. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry. Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
