HR Manager

𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗸𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 (𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁)

The HR Manager will lead all people-related functions at Pramukh Group (Surat), ensuring the right talent, culture, and compliance practices are in place to support our growth as a leading real estate developer in Surat.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Plan manpower needs, manage recruitment end-to-end, and ensure timely onboarding.
• 𝗛𝗥 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws), update policies, and handle audits.
• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Implement KRAs/KPIs, drive appraisals, and align goals with business priorities.
• 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Identify skill gaps and run training programs to strengthen technical and leadership skills.
• 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Build retention programs, run engagement activities, and nurture a positive work culture.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Manage payroll, salary structures, and incentive plans with accuracy and fairness.
• 𝗛𝗥 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Provide people insights to management, support organizational planning, and succession initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.

Proven track record in recruitment & employee relations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Ability to partner with leadership and build a performance-driven culture.
