HR Manager

You will be joining a 15-year-old engineering company that specializes in providing turnkey solutions in Cleanroom, HVAC, and Allied Engineering Services. As an experienced HR Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes. You will be responsible for handling employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as PF, ESIC, and Gratuity. Collaborating with department heads for hiring and manpower planning will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain employee data and facilitate smooth communication across teams. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or Business Administration. A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing setup, is required. You must possess a strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance, along with excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
