Job Description

Designation : HR HeadExperience : 6-8 yrs. Job Location : Anand Vihar, Delhi

Key responsibilities
Strategic planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy and support company goals.

Talent management:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention efforts.

Compensation and benefits:

Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Employee relations:

Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and mediating conflicts.

Legal compliance:

Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

HR operations:

Manage daily HR operations, including payroll, HRIS implementation, and policy development and enforcement.

Performance and reporting:

Oversee the performance appraisal system and use HR metrics to track key data and report to senior management.

Leadership and development:
Supervise and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the department and the company as a whole.

Key requirements

Experience as an HR executive or manager.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people-oriented skills.
Expertise in HR metrics, systems, and databases.
Knowledge of employment law and compliance issues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with a variety of HR functions, such as talent management, compensation, and benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
