Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new talent.
• Manage payroll and attendance systems efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation & compliance.
• Design and implement HR policies, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and strategic HR operations.
• Support training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
