We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a passion for men’s ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and boosting sales. You should have a deep understanding of ethnic fashion trends, fabric quality, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Assist customers with styling recommendations for weddings, festivals, and special occasions
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising of ethnic collections (Sherwanis, Kurtas, Nehru jackets, etc.)
• Train and motivate the sales team to provide top-notch customer service
• Maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in fashion retail, preferably in men’s ethnic wear
• Skills: Sales, customer service, leadership, and inventory management
• Knowledge: Understanding of traditional men’s fashion, fabrics, embroidery, and seasonal trends
• Personality: Well-groomed, outgoing, and passionate about ethnic fashion
• Education: Degree/diploma in fashion, business, or a related field (preferred)
