Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR functions – recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities. Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes . Handle employee engagement, performance management , and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with department heads for hiring and manpower planning . Maintain employee data and ensure smooth communication across teams. Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration . 7+ years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in engineering or manufacturing setup. We are seeking a skilled Accountant to manage daily accounts, financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping for smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally / ERP system. Manage accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation , and vendor payments. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and financial statements . Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances . Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely submission of required reports. Support management in MIS reports and expense analysis . Requirements: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance . 3–7 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing company. Proficient in Tally ERP / similar accounting software . Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements . Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
