HR Manager

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. You will play a key role in bridging management and employee relations by effectively addressing demands, grievances, and other issues that may arise. Additionally, your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Support current and future business needs by focusing on the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Nurture a positive working environment for all employees - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance - Assess training needs, implement training programs, and monitor their effectiveness - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a similar HR role - Strong understanding of HR practices and principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with HR software and systems - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred) If you are looking to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the organization, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
