HR Manager

As an HR Manager at our company, your role will be crucial in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, providing advice to senior management, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance appraisal, training programs, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances. - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. - Oversee a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. - Assess training needs and monitor training programs. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management. - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. - Create and manage an effective leave and attendance policy. - Monitor and report on workforce and key performance indicators. Qualifications Required: - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles. - People-oriented and results-driven mindset. - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate leadership skills. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. - Degree in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus.
