HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and organized HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and company culture. The ideal candidate will help us build a strong team and maintain a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and team-building initiatives
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally
• Support management with performance reviews and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
