Job Description

Position - HR Manager

Location - Model Colony, Pune

Qualifications - MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in HR Management or equivalent

Experience - 5–8 years in HR (preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure) HRMS / Payroll software knowledge

 Labour law and statutory compliance understanding

 Recruitment and training management

 Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

 Leadership, empathy, and problem-solving skills

 Ability to handle multi-site workforce and diverse teams

Reporting to: Director Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The HR Manager ensures smooth coordination between office and site teams while maintaining company culture and legal compliance.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & On boarding  Manage recruitment for both technical (site) and non-technical (office) roles  Conduct on boarding, induction, and documentation

2. Performance Management  Implement KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal systems  Align performance with incentives and growth opportunities

3. Employee Engagement & Relations  Conduct engagement programs and handle grievances  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

4. Training & Development  Identify training needs and coordinate technical & soft skills training  Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness

5. HR Operations & Compliance  Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking  Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Welfare, and other statutory norms  Handle employee registration, record maintenance, and all process-related documentation for PF & ESIC

6. HR Policies & Systems  Draft and update HR policies and procedures  Implement digital HR tools for tracking and reporting

7. HR Software & Systems  Operate and manage HR software or HRMS tools for attendance, payroll, and employee data management  Generate HR dashboards and MIS reports for management  Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
