JOB DISCRIPTION :
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

• Manage and oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Proactively resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations, providing guidance, and implementing appropriate actions.
• Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and competitive positioning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, compensation data, and organizational charts.
• Collaborate with department managers to assess and address employee training and development needs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources, making recommendations for process improvements and innovative initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate the annual performance evaluation process and merit review programs.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR
• Experience in strategic planning and business development
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software
• Candidate from Education Backround will be preffered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
