Patient Type Balance (Budget Focus):Maintain a healthy ratio of paid, subsidized, Ayushman Bharat, and free patients as per budget requirements. Monitor trends and suggest strategies for balance. 8. Specialty Surgery Focus: Coordinate closely with doctors and teams to promote and support specialty surgeries. 9. Data Monitoring: Conduct weekly data monitoring and analysis to identify gaps, trends, and areas of improvement. 10. Daily monitoring financial clearance in EMR and Coordinate with Admin and Doctors.
