Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for non-clinical positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Schedule and follow up on interview processes to ensure timely closures.
Negotiate salary offers and manage pre-onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment-related reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in sourcing and recruiting
Strong networking, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills.
Familiarity with multiple recruitment channels and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with a results-oriented approach.
