Key Responsibilities: Understanding Hiring Needs Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements. Prepare and update job descriptions for different roles. Sourcing & Screening Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms. Search and shortlist resumes from internal database and external sources. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates. Interview Coordination Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and managers. Assist in conducting interviews (in-person, telephonic, or video). Onboarding Prepare offer letters and collect joining documents. Coordinate induction and orientation of new employees. Record Management Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness. Employer Branding Promote the company’s culture and work environment to attract talent. Key Skills Required: Strong communication & interpersonal skills Basic HR knowledge (recruitment process, documentation) Good with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Qualification & Experience: MBA / Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in HR, Management, or related field) Freshers with good communication skills can apply; prior admin/back-office experience is an advantage.
